Swansea University
Swansea University is Wales' top university in the field of Computer Science, and so far it has been a lot more than just an education. In my first year alone I became a Student Representative, taking on real responsibility and learning how to advocate for others — which has taught me as much about communication and people as any module has. Being surrounded by students from all walks of life has already begun shaping how I collaborate, think, and carry myself.
Academically, my degree in Computer Science and AI covers the full breadth of what it means to work in tech — from the theory to the practice, and all the nuances in between. I'm only just getting started, with three more years ahead of me, a Year in Industry placement still to come, and a lot more to learn, build, and experience. Watch this space.

Springdale Highschool
Springdale High School is one of the best English-taught schools in my hometown, and despite missing a lot of it due to illness, it still holds a genuine place in my story. The time I did have there was fun, formative, and more impactful than I probably gave it credit for at the time. I served as Class Representative, competed on the Debate Team, and captained the Science Exhibition Team — and between rallying a team, preparing arguments, and wrangling group projects, I picked up more about leadership, task delegation, and working with people than I realised.
The variety of subjects I studied here gave me a broad foundation to build on, and the experiences I had — however scattered — shaped just as much of who I am today.

Code in Place is a free, online introductory programming course offered by Stanford University, designed to teach the fundamentals of computer programming using Python. It's based on Stanford's popular CS106A course. It aims to make coding available for everyone. Students learn the skills and techniques necessary to become an amazing coder from our Stanford professors, Dr.Mehran Sahami and Dr.Chris Piech.
